I was fortunate to grow up in a family that prioritized international travel from a young age, fostering a deep appreciation for exploring new cultures and perspectives. This passion led to multiple study abroad opportunities during my education and continued with annual international trips throughout adulthood. Now, as a parent, I am committed to passing this value on to my own children, emphasizing the importance of understanding diverse cultures and ways of life. At the same time, my husband and I make it a priority to maintain an annual getaway just for the two of us—a chance to reconnect and enjoy a romantic escape. We cherish trips filled with activity and adventure, always striving to fully immerse ourselves in the unique experiences each destination has to offer.

Jamie Collis, our travel agent, made our trip fun and exciting from the reservation the day before where we stayed at a nice hotel with accommodations to the LAX port and the entire trip onboard. Our booking information stated that our room price included breakfast. When the front desk attendant told us during check in that breakfast was not included in our package, we contacted Jamie and she took care of it immediately. She also had a lovely welcome note and cookies in the room upon arrival. This hotel was close to everything we were interested in, so very walkable, and the view from our room and the restaurant/bar were fantastic. She chose a great location.
