Jacqueline McBride did a fabulous job of planning and booking our trip to Switzerland. She provided multiple hotel options keeping our budget and interests top of mind. She is very professional and her attention to detail is fantastic. She was able to answer all of our questions and she did so within an almost immediate response time.
