I combine my decades of experience in mental healthcare with a passion for taking the anxiety out of travel.
Travel Style
I believe in the emotional healing power of travel. I also understand that travel and travel planning can be overwhelming and anxiety-provoking for many individuals. I have training, experience, and compassion for anxiety, sensory needs and travel fears and know how much it helps to have a patient, supportive person to plan and prepare with you. I love to learn your unique needs so I can research and arrange to make you as comfortable as possible during travel. I offer detailed itineraries, tips for packing, handouts to aid in coping with common travel complexities and the option to book meetings with me to plan and understand your itinerary in-depth so you know what to expect.
I have a special knack for finding quiet vacation spots, and tips and tricks to travel to busy destinations in a way that is less overwhelming. I have extensive cruising experience and enjoy finding the right cruise line, ship, and destination for your interests, and I provide guidance and recommendations to help you have an enjoyable and smooth cruising experience. I also LOVE planning special interest travel such as stargazing, northern lights, history journeys, ghost hunting and a variety of other uncommon but amazing experiences! I believe that honoring your emotional and sensory needs does not have to mean missing out on life's great adventures!
