When we had a last minute change in our hotel needs, she immediately jumped in and found us exactly what we needed. Her selections and recommendations were perfect. She checked in with us upon arrival to be sure we had everything we needed and was always available to answer questions. She is wonderful to work with and I cannot recommend her enough!

Heather went above and beyond as always! I couldn't decide on a hotel for our anniversary staycation and she narrowed it down to 3 for me. Then she highlighted the differences, which helped my brain focus on what we actually wanted out of our trip. We were very happy with our choice and had an amazing anniversary! We also appreciated her follow up before reminding us of the particulars of our package and of course wishing us happy anniversary multiple times!

Heather was so helpful when I couldn't figure out where to stay for our family beach vacation! We ended up in Del Mar and we loved it! What a great little town. Heather was a great communicator as usual and even sent me Instagram stories about food to eat while we were in California (the ice cream did not disappoint our girls!). Her passion for travel and good food is unmatched!

Heather was efficient in booking our Legoland Hotel. She sent the necessary documents and when my daughter got sick was helpful letting us know what our cancellation options were. We ended up getting to go after all and had a great trip!
