We had an extensive 1 month trip with a lot of locations and travel to plan that she did excellent with accomplishing. She was available for any last minute issues that arose as often happens when traveling. She helped us move our itinerary around when we found out the Trooping of the Colour was happening in London during our trip. Overall Gabriella is a fantastic travel agent and I would recommend her.
