Working with Eric was incredible. He was responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly dialed into the food and culture scene across everywhere we visited. We actually started working with Eric a few days into the trip upon recommendation from a friend and he jumped right into getting our itinerary ready to go.

Eric handled all recommendations perfectly — from secluded whiskey bars, to unique egg sandwich restaurants we never would've found on our own, to a Chinese omakase in Kamakura, and many many more. Every place was well-suited to what we were looking for. He'd send over great lists of dessert and snack spots to hit which was super helpful as well.

On the last day we decided to bail on going to the next city due to fatigue and he immediately tried to cancel our hotel reservation and book us a new restuarant. Response time was fantastic !!

I have travelled to Japan a number of times for work and the activities and dinners during these trips were generally organised by our hosts. Eric was fantastic at arranging a great week of fabulous hotels and awesome restaurant. The idea of trying to organise a weeks worth of activities in and around Tokyo was very daunting not knowing where to start or what level of quality I was booking. Eric was awesome in understanding the various needs we had and did a 1st class job of communicating and keeping us informed of the process. All in all a very easy process from our side and a first class outcome.
