This was our second time working with Sarah, and every experience with her has been outstanding. From the beginning, she made the entire process easy, stress-free, and organized. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions or help with anything we needed leading up to the trip.
What I appreciated most was how personal the experience felt. Sarah genuinely cared about making sure our family had a great vacation and helped guide us toward the right resort for what we were looking for. Everything, from transportation coordination to resort details, was handled smoothly, which allowed us to simply enjoy the trip without worrying about logistics.
I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking to book a vacation. I will absolutely work with her again for all of my family vacations in the future.

Sarah planned a wonderful trip to Croatia for us. She helped with our flights, hotels, rental car, and the overall flow of the trip, which made the whole process so much easier.
The hotels she recommended were a great fit, and we loved the added perks, especially the early check-in she arranged for us when we arrived. Her restaurant suggestions were great, and it was nice not to have to Google where to eat for every meal. One of the highlights of the trip was the boat day she arranged to the islands, which we all really enjoyed.
Everything was well organized, and it was such a relief to have the details taken care of ahead of time. Sarah was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend her to anyone planning a trip.

Quite simply, Sarah’s meticulous planning according to our wishes made our trip much more enjoyable than if we had been left to our own devices. The comprehensive itinerary she provided was very helpful. She paced the tours and events very well, giving us a chance to recover from jet lag after arrival. The LIV tours were, without exception, enlightening, entertaining and educational. When our return home was complicated by a flight cancellation due to weather, Sarah’s help was invaluable in rescheduling and finding accommodations. She checked in occasionally to make sure all was well, which we appreciated. We would highly recommend her.

Sarah was very helpful, giving us hotel suggestions in our range and also offering travel advice for Tromsø. When our flight made an emergency landing and we had to spend the night elsewhere, she got in touch with the hotel on our behalf which was a huge help and one less thing for us to stress about!
