I don't this I ever want to travel again without working with Sarah Elwell! From the very start she cared about each member of our family of five and what this trip might look like for each of us. When we got nervous about the costs, Sarah had alternatives to keep our costs down without compromising a thing. Her own passion for travel and experiencing culture alone or with her own family shows in the thoughtful way she presents options, organizes each part of the the planning process and designs each day with just the right amount of flexibility. An excellent communicator whether it by phone, email, text Sara offers all the tools so that you can safely keep your information on hand, printed itineraries, apps, emails. Our family trip to Barcelona and Costa Brava was a stress free, stunningly beautiful dream come true and a memory that will last a lifetime!

Working with Sarah to plan our trip was fantastic! She listened to what we wanted, made recommendations and helpful suggestions. She took care of every detail from arranging hotels, train tickets, private transfers, and private tours. She was patient when we were indecisive and helped to guide us when necessary. We had a special private class/tasting that we wanted to attend. The host was not open yet for the season. Sarah was able to work some magic and secure us a private spot. It was one of the highlights of our trip. The whole trip went flawlessly! We highly recommend Sarah (and have to several friends already)!

A great thanks goes to Sarah, who planned our trip to Switzerland and Italy. We were honestly a little wishy-washy at first about what we wanted to do, where, and when, etc., but she was incredibly patient and spent a ton of time putting everything together for us. The activities that she booked for us went off without a hitch, and we had a great time. We had several private car transfers that she set up, and they went off without a hitch. When my pick-up time needed to be changed, she worked with the car service, and it was done and confirmed in no time. Sarah really went above and beyond, always getting back to our endless questions super fast. I don't normally use an agency for my travel, but she made it so easy that I will definitely be using her and this group in the future.
