Elizabeth did a great job of changing our reservation from a queen room to a king room. We were given probably one of the best rooms that had the best view and we appreciated that. We loved that the floors in our bathroom were heated at all times. I know it’s a small thing, but that was awesome.

She was wonderful! Great communication and organization. Whenever we had questions we could reference the Google doc that was so nicely set up or email and she would reply right away! For this hotel specifically they gave us a fruit plate, note and bottle of champagne from her (:
