We had a great experience with Ebbie!! She took all our interests into consideration and gave us choices to choose from. Communication was easy and smooth. She found us a great spot, during a busy season in the Hamptons. And just prior to our stay Ebbie reached out to the hotel to assist us with reservations and recommendations so we could experience all the Hampton’s had to offer. We enjoyed working with Ebbie very much!!

She thought of every detail and logistic, not only did she arrange for us to check in hours earlier than the hotel’s usual time, but she also coordinated a truly touching surprise — a framed photo of our family with our daughter waiting in our room. This was our first trip without her, and that thoughtful gesture made us feel instantly connected and comforted. It’s rare to find someone who not only handles logistics flawlessly but also cares deeply about the emotional side of travel. Her deep knowledge of the area was invaluable as we planned our trip. She took the time to understand exactly what we enjoy and provided recommendations perfectly tailored to our interests. Thanks to her thoughtful guidance, we were able to make the most of our time and experience the very best the destination had to offer.

If I could give Ebbie 10 stars, I would. In fact, I’d build a whole new rating system just to capture the sheer magic this travel genius brings to the table. From the first moment we connected, it was like having a personal concierge, logistics mastermind, luxury curator, and fairy godparent all rolled into one.

Ebbie was very helpful. She secured a perfect room for us with a lovely deck. She made sure everything was thought of for us. Ebbie is knowledgeable about the high end market, she is very bright, engaging and follows through on every detail.
