This was a full month of birthday cruising, and Dudine booked four casino cruises along with lodging and other services to make it unforgettable. The night before my flight, the airline cancelled my trip because of a winter storm impacting the East Coast. Dudine had already been tracking the weather and my flight, so the moment I reached out, she jumped into action. She helped me secure a last‑minute one‑way car rental, and when I became too tired to continue driving, she immediately arranged overnight lodging.
