Desiree managed the impossible by creating a custom Hawaiian family vacation for a family with varied interests. Everything I asked for...she delivered with perfection. She organized each detail with the hotel and excursions and kept the itinerary updated with all our travel changes. Hyatt Place Columbus exceeded my expectations. The hotel had all the amenities I requested. Hot breakfast, a lounge, and a location close to other restaurants and golf courses. The only glitch was a billing error by Hyatt but one phone call to Desiree at Travel Happy resolved it. I will definitely be using Travel Happy again.
