Debbie is a pleasure to work with. She always gets the hotel we prefer as well as the type of room. The extra effort of making sure the room is ready upon check-in, as well as the best price possible, is extremely helpful. She always does a follow-up to make sure everything went smoothly. She is a true gem and an excellent advisor as well.

She was incredibly responsive and proactive, ensuring that every detail was handled with care. We had the best experience booking our cruise with Debbie. Since this was the first time we have cruised with Crystal, we had a lot of questions. Debbie was always extremely responsive to all of our questions and did not hesitate to reach out to Crystal multiple times throughout the booking to ensure that all of our questions were answered and our requests addressed. She is friendly and very professional, and helped us with our booking with patience and cheerfulness. The cruise itself went amazingly smoothly because of Debbie. Everything that Debbie had communicated to us before the cruise was exactly correct.
