Daria has been an incredible help and made our trip so memorable. She was extremely responsive, took all of our requests and needs into consideration, and even checked us in to our flights and ensured we were seated together. Daria is incredibly thoughtful and thorough and we would absolutely recommend her to help plan your trip.

Daria was helpful and professional in trying to change our room. Though she couldn't move us due to the hotel being at maximum capacity—which was not her fault—I was disappointed that there wasn't an option for a refund to offset the negative experience we had on our first night.

When we arrived, the hotel informed us that our room wouldn't be ready until 5pm when check-in is at 3pm. But our frustration quickly turned into delight, thanks to Daria. After just one phone call, she resolved the issue in an instant. She got us checked in right away, upgraded us to a beautiful suite at no extra cost, and had a bottle of prosecco sent to our room. Her attention and care made a difficult situation a memorable one. Daria, thank you for the wonderful job!
