My Story
With both kids away at school, I’ve been leaning into new adventures of my own—figuring out where I want to go, what feels incredible, and what fills me up. South Africa has captured my heart, but really it’s the mix of people, culture, food, and landscapes that keeps me inspired.
My Travel Style
I love to mix my travel with challenging adventures, amazing food and wine and ultimately some quiet relaxation.

Dahlia was FANTASTIC - listened to what we were looking for on our first trip to the ABQ/Santa Fe/Taos area, and delivered! She checked in frequently, and was a great resource if we had any questions pop up. She was immediately responsive, and thoughtful, up to and including a surprise waiting for us in our room for our 30th wedding anniversary - we wouldn't have had the experience we did without her help and guidance! Highly, highly recommend!!

Dahlia helped us create an amazing trip. She went above and beyond to make sure we got to do everything we wanted to and to see everything we wanted to see with the best hotels, locations, tours, and restaurant recommendations. Dahlia was incredibly available to us when we wanted to make last-minute changes and additions. She made this trip possible which will be a lifelong treasure. We couldn’t have done it without her! I would recommend Dahlia way above and beyond any travel agent I have ever worked with. I would never work with anyone else. No one could be better.

Dahlia provided many options of booking with details, which was helpful in making our choice. She also provided some special touches in the room at the hotel which was a sweet surprise!

South Africa: Safari & The Coast
People say that when you go to Africa for the first time, it changes you—that you might leave Africa, but Africa never leaves you. I have traveled extensively across the globe, and this was different. I spent the first two weeks of May in South Africa. I had mostly sun for my stay, but on the wetter days I saw moody skies and rainbows that were quite magical. Head north to Kruger for safari, and the weather is dry with cool mornings and warm afternoons—one of the best times of the year for safari.

October in Aspen Is Color Season!
Aspen is gorgeous, all year round. October in Aspen is particularly special, and here's why. Fall foliage in the Colorado mountains is absolutely stunning. Colorado is known for having about 300 days of sunshine every year, so think blue skies, mountains and all the leaves turning color. If you like the outdoors at all — hiking, horseback riding, fishing or just leaf-peeping — this is your spot! Top that with amazing hotels and restaurants, off-season pricing and fewer people. Pretty easy to get to — last time I flew right into Aspen (so nice), and on the way home I decided to drive to Denver and fly directly home from there. In the early fall, you don't really have to worry about snow and the drive is breathtaking. You will also pass Vail and Boulder en route to Denver. Here are the best ways to enjoy October in Aspen.

Ultimate Summer Adventures in Whistler, BC
Whistler is home of some of the best mountain biking, hiking and golf in North America. All of your activities are accessible from Whistler Village; you are in an epicenter of adventure! Plenty of wildlife to be seen, breathtaking views of the majestic mountains and lakes all around you. You can stay right in the village, or be as remote as you wish, and stay off the grid in the backcountry.

Things to Do on a Winter Vacation in Whistler, BC
Whistler is the ultimate winter playground - think Disneyland for Adults (and kids too!). It was voted the #1 ski resort in North America for 2022 by Conde Nast Traveler, I couldn't agree more. I moved there with my family in January of 2016 and was lucky enough to call myself a local for the following 6 years! The rugged beauty of the mountains and the picturesque village at the base make Whistler stand out. While visiting you can enjoy some of the best ski/snowboard terrain, snowshoeing (and many other winter sports), wellness spas, fine dining, live music and plenty of après! This small town has something for everyone and every age.

Island Hopping in Greece: Your Full Guide
Greece is a spectacular country made up of many diverse Islands in the Aegean and Ionian Seas. The best way to visit Greece is to journey from island to island. You will find history, culture, gastronomy and nightlife. Greece hits all the desires with charming villages, romance, spectacular waters and stunning beaches. It is relaxed and yet lively, and is filled with the most welcoming, friendly people. There are different options to travel for island hopping in Greece, but the most popular is by boat. There are ferries, private boat transfers, helicopters, and also regional flights to some of the larger islands. I have to mention the food again...perfection.

A Family Guide to Vancouver and Whistler
City and culture mixed with beauty and nature; meet Vancouver and Whistler. Vancouver is arguably one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Located in the Pacific Northwest the city sits right between the ocean and the mountains. The city is relatively new, clean and full of activities for all ages. The drive to Whistler has some of the most breathtaking views, and has been named the Sea to Sky highway.
