Excellent! We had to cancel for medical reasons. Christopher rescheduled to a future date with no penalty fees or loss of excursion bookings. He also had to reschedule hotel and longterm parking reservations for the pre-cruise. All went smoothly. Outstanding service. Very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Chris was wonderful in helping us find the best flights and places to stay during our time in Scotland and Germany. He was very thorough and gave us lots of options with great pricing. Christopher Arnold handled every aspect of our cruise. He arranged the hotel prior to boarding the ship and auto parking and transportation to and from the vessel. Everything from start to finish went like "clockwork." We were very pleased with the entire "package" he arranged for us.

I cruised with Royal Caribbean Icon of the Seas from June 14, 2025 to June 21, 2025. Christopher Arnold booked my cruise and assisted with all the necessary details of my vacation. My experience working with Chris was a 10/10! Christopher is amazing to work with. He is very detail-oriented and professional. He planned all of my excursions and dining options as well as shows he knew I would enjoy. He arranged my flights from my home state of California to the cruise port state of Florida as well as transportation to and from the airport to the cruise terminal. I highly recommend Chris to all of my friends and family because his meticulous planning and hard work takes the stress out of planning a vacation. I was so pleased with my experience, I have already booked my next Royal Caribbean seven-night Greek Isle cruise with Chris for May, 2025. Thank you Chris for an ICONIC vacation!

Christopher Arnold was professional, and very knowledgeable from day one! I had plenty of questions in the beginning of the booking process and Christopher was readily available to answer any questions and concerns I had.
