Chris did exactly what I asked him to do and took my situation and finances into account. When I contacted him panicking because of the condition of the room I had been booked in, he calmed me and contacted the motel and got me a different room which in my panic I was not thinking of doing. That was extremely helpful to me in many ways. Chris was great and not only that he helped manage the situation but that he cared enough to do so and actually to spend time talking with me.

Chris takes great care in his clients' needs and available resources, and finding and booking this space for me was beyond expectation.
