Chris is very detail oriented and thoughtful - prior to booking the trip, he asked us what we wanted to do and see while in Switzerland and from there helped us narrow down which parts of the country to visit and stay in. He helped us select and book our flights and point-hack, which we would not have been able to do if it weren't for his knowledge and expertise. For hotels - he sent us a few options within our price range for each location we were planning to go to and asked us if we had any preferences. After telling him our preferences, he booked all of our hotels for us and ensured we were in convenient locations to both transportation and things to do. From there, he offered to help us book all of our activities and restaurant reservations and made sure we had the perfect itinerary for both a relaxing but fun and adventure filled trip.

Prior to our vacation, he sent us a detailed itinerary that we were able to follow easily. Each day had it's own page that outlined what we were doing that day, where we needed to be at what time, and even the weather! It was a really cool feature that we weren't expecting.
