I recently worked with travel advisor Chelsea Cai on a family trip to Boston. As a new travel advisor, I was deeply impressed by her performance! She demonstrated exceptional thoughtfulness and listened carefully to our needs. For example, after explaining our family of seven, including three generations, our need for two connecting rooms, our desired destinations, and our budget, she quickly found a hotel that perfectly met our needs. Considering that two of our seven people were over 80 years old and our four-year-old child, she recommended family-friendly attractions like Quincy Market and Castle Island. The experience was highly praised by everyone in our family.
She was always quick to respond and resolve issues. I particularly appreciated her passion and dedication to her clients, which made our trip a truly enjoyable one. I suggest she offer more alternative itineraries and practical tips in the future to further enhance her service.
