Carol Hamasaki did such a wonderful job of setting up our stay in Osaka. There were no snafus - our hotel was perfect and the tours she booked for us in Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara were all top-notch. Her recommendations and travel instructions were extremely helpful and made our travels within Japan seamless and efficient. She even kept in touch with us while we were in Japan to ensure that everything was going as planned. I look forward to working with Carol on future oversees trips.

My husband and I made a last-minute decision to visit the mighty five national parks in Utah during our 12 year old son’s spring break. The end of March and beginning April is the most popular time to visit, so this last-minute planning presented many challenges. Travelling is her passion and helping planning dream trips is her mission. She listened to our needs and was able to create an itinerary that suits our interests and our schedule perfectly. She is responsive, efficient, and very detailed oriented. She was able to book a rental car and hotels near the five different parks very quickly and within our budget.
