Brooke Gabriel

Brooke made booking or Northern Italy trip in 2025 feel like a breeze! She helped us to book hotels, car services, train tickets, and day tours. She even went the extra mile and dug deeper without request to find another option after her initial search left us still in consideration of one of the day tours that we were deciding on. All of her responses were prompt. When she was out travelling herself, her away messages always indicated exactly when she would get back to us. Brooke provided us with several options for all of our requests. It was lovely working with Brooke, and we look forward to working with her again!

Brooke made sure every part of our stay went perfectly. At check-in, we were given a handwritten note with a message from Brooke so the personal touch was there. We were also given a complimentary sparkling wine and cheese board at check in which was delicious. Brooke made sure we had perks such as a $25 per night credit. I highly recommend booking with Brooke!

Brooke went above and beyond for us, from getting us upgraded to a huge suite with two bathrooms, having delicious welcome pastries for us in our room and hooking it up with a hotel restaurant credit. We felt VIP throughout our stay and during the booking experience.

I couldn't imagine doing this booking experience without Brooke! Thanks to Brooke, we were able to upgrade to a bigger room. We were gifted champagne and a plate of fruit and sweets. We were also provided with a credit to use at the hotel restaurant and a welcome drink. We were made to feel like royalty! Brooke was also available if we ever needed assistance, and luckily we did not need it.
