While on the trip, she maintained contact and checked on us when our departure flight was delayed, which was completely out of her control. She provided convenience from start to finish. This included included flights, resort transfer, local excursions, etc. This was our first time using travel services and our time, money, and overall experience was WELL worth it!!! Brittney is extremely professional and was very communicative throughout the process, and even once we reached our destination. We encountered an issue when we arrived and reached out to Brittney. She did not hesitate to jump into action and get things sorted out on our behalf. In addition to our travel, Brittney also assisted the rest of our family, over 35 people, with booking. When working with them she was very accommodating, often going above her normal scope to assist them. She provided recommendations and tips that all of our guests found helpful, especially those traveling internationally for the first time.
