Brittany listened to what we were hoping to gain from our trip, found us multiple options and outlined the benefits of each. She took the time to compare prices for us throughout the week and reached out as new and better places came up. She contacted the hotel with our special requests and followed up during the trip to make sure our needs were being met. I was so stressed about finding a good place in NYC to bring our kids, and she made it a breeze!
