My Story
I’m a mom of four who has enjoyed traveling with family when the kids were small and now as adults. I love to combine historical and cultural spots with time for relaxation and fun. Sports—usually soccer—have played a fun part in our travels, whether it’s been to attend professional games or to meet locals through a pick-up game in the park. I love connecting with family and friends while traveling, whether solo, as a couple, or as part of a group!

I had the best experience from start to finish! We were given many wonderful booking options, but ultimately chose the Miiro and it was tremendous. I have absolutely no complaints - Beth is very knowledgeable, friendly and knows how to choose accommodations that will fit your needs perfectly! She thoroughly communicated with us through each step of planning our vacation.

An Insider's Guide to Bilbao
Bilbao is the largest city in Northern Spain: an urban oasis steeped in the rich history of the Basque people. It is also home to my niece and future nephew. I was delighted to not only be able to visit them, but also learn about the city, area, and Basque culture, from a knowledgeable and proud Basque family.

I traveled to the central Adriatic region of Italy to better learn about my grandparents’ roots and my heritage. I chose to stay in the city of Ascoli Piceno, as it sits in the Le Marche region and straddles the border of the Abruzzo region. I was so delighted to discover this beautiful and incredibly historic city that is often overlooked by travelers to Italy. I am now planning a return trip with my family.

I was so delighted to discover this beautiful and incredibly historic city that is often overlooked by travelers to Italy. I am now planning a return trip with my family.
