Beatrice Soto was outstanding and made the trip possible. She made excellent recommendations of properties, restaurants, tours and sights to see. She also made reservations for us where possible. Beatrice made the trip a breeze to plan and was great at offering little extras and following up to ensure all was going well. Bea did a fabulous job helping to plan our trip to Lake Louise and Banff. She offered so many great recommendations of things to do, places to eat, etc. It was nice that we were able to get a free room upgrade at the Fairmont Lake Louise as well. We got a room with a view of the amazing lake. I will highly recommend Bea to all our family and friends for future travel.

Beatrice took incredible care of booking our trip to ensure a smooth journey. We arrived in Miami very early and Beatrice was able to secure a 9 am check in. After an overnight flight, we so appreciated the quick nap before enjoying Miami! We found the free breakfasts — delicious and plentiful and we loved the amenity surprises in our room. Beatrice gave us prompt information and checked in with us to ensure an elevated stay and service. I will certainly use Beatrice again!
