My Story
I specialize in boutique business travel for thoughtful, design-driven companies that value care, clarity, and good taste. Before becoming a travel advisor, I spent years building and operating a highly curated small business. I understand how teams move and how thoughtful planning can support both the work and the experience of rest.
I work primarily with companies of 1–50 people, including creative studios, experiential agencies, and mission-aligned brands. Flights, hotels, and ground logistics are handled with intention, discretion, and a strong eye for detail. I’m drawn to partners who care about how things feel, not just how fast they get done. Style, pacing, and choosing the right places matter. If you’re looking for a travel partner who thinks like an operator and brings a calm, thoughtful approach to business travel, you’re in the right place.
Travel Style
I travel for culture and immersion. I like to settle into a place and take it in slowly through food, art, music, and long, unplanned walks. I’m drawn to places with a strong point of view, whether that’s a memorable restaurant or a perfect street-food moment. A high-low mix describes me best. I love a truly special meal just as much as something simple and local, eaten standing up. For me, the joy of travel is in wandering, noticing details, and letting a place reveal itself over time.

For my recent work trip to New York, I asked Ariell for something very specific: walking distance to my venue but still a chic, tucked away spot where I could decompress. She immediately suggested The Bowery Hotel, and it was exactly right.
The location couldn’t have been better and the hotel itself felt like a true New York hideaway. It was clear she really understands the city and knows which properties deliver beyond just convenience. Having someone so in-the-know made the trip feel intentional rather than transactional. I wouldn’t book New York any other way!

I was in town for Fashion Week, and Ariell chose the perfect hotel in Chelsea: close to my job site but also in a fun, walkable neighborhood to explore during downtime.
Ariell thought of everything, including making sure I earned my Marriott Bonvoy points and I was even upgraded upon arrival, which felt like such a treat. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free and I felt completely taken care of from start to finish.

I was in LA for work and honestly didn’t think staying within walking distance of my venue was even possible. Ariell somehow made it happen. The Hollywood Volume was the perfect location: no car, no traffic stress, just an easy walk to where I needed to be, which is basically unheard of in LA.
The real surprise was being upgraded to a suite with a terrace. I was traveling with my dog, and having that extra space and outdoor area made the trip feel less like work and more like a mini reset. Ariell clearly knows how to match a hotel to the moment. It made all the difference.

Ariell was amazing. I had a last-minute request to stay in the area, and she found me a wonderful spot that actually had a lot of benefits for me as a guest. Really great!

Portland to the Willamette Valley: A Slow Food & Wine Weekend
Portland and the Willamette Valley make for a slower weekend centered on nature and good food. Start in the city for ingredient-driven restaurants and independent shops, then drive north into vineyard-covered hills where farming and winemaking feel closely connected. The drive itself is beautiful and relaxing, winding through open farmland before continuing west to the Oregon coast, where shoreline and fresh air shift the pace. It’s an easy escape with seasonality, scenery, and time outdoors.
