The location was what we were looking for, the hotel was updated, and it honestly felt like a much more elevated stay than what I thought my budget would allow.

She called the resort a number of times to get detailed answers to all of my questions, which allowed her to book the best room and package to suit my family. She sent us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and other things to do well in advance of our trip so that we had time to plan, and also took care of several other small details to enhance our stay.
