Anna was excellent! She took the time to get to know us and what kind of a trip we were looking to take. She took our interests and budget into account and provided great options for us. The hotel was a perfect match. She worked with us on transportation concerns and made multiple changes to support our needs. She set us up for a private Truffle hunting experience with a local woman who provided a special experience beyond what we would have had through the hotel. Anna's local knowledge made the trip much more special and seamless for us. We even had an issue while we were there and she supported us in managing us. Thank you Anna!
