Andrew was fantastic, heck was in contact with the hotel to make sure the booking would go smoothly. He asked about any requests I’d like added, these were all met. Very professional and extremely helpful before the booking was made.

Nothing was too hard for Andrew. I asked for quite a few prices on different hotels before booking here. He was extremely professional and the booking was done and communicated to me very quickly once done.

Exceptional Service - I cannot recommend Andrew Lane highly enough. My experience booking a 12-night stay at the Vie Hotel Bangkok through him was nothing short of fantastic.
From the initial inquiry, Andrew was prompt, transparent, and incredibly helpful. He quickly found a better rate than I could get directly—a "Hera" rate that included every third night free, daily breakfast for two, a $100 USD hotel credit, and a higher priority for a room upgrade than my Accor Gold status would typically provide.
The booking process was seamless. When I needed to modify the dates, he handled it instantly and even found a better price. He was proactive in securing a king bed after a minor room type hiccup and took the initiative to request a lounge access upgrade on my behalf.
The true test of a great travel advisor, however, is how they handle unforeseen issues. Upon check-in, we were disappointed to find the hotel's pool was closed for maintenance—a significant inconvenience we weren't informed about in advance. I simply voiced my displeasure to Andrew, and within an hour, he had personally intervened with the hotel management.
The result? He successfully secured us complimentary daily lounge access for our entire stay, completely turning the situation around.
Andrew’s professionalism, speed, and genuine dedication to his clients' satisfaction are exceptional. He turned a potential problem into a positive experience and demonstrated that having a knowledgeable advocate is invaluable. He is a true asset to Fora Travel.
