She asked my preferences for quality, amenities, and price and told me that this hotel is part of the Milwaukee entertainment district which can get very busy during sporting and other events. She made sure that the reservation included my Bonvoy number and doublechecked with the hotel that my stay was confirmed once she made the reservation. Great experience!
