Working with Allie was wonderful! She booked the hotel and had all the details sorted out before our arrival, which made communication with the staff very easy and clear. Would definitely use her again to book this hotel or any other hotel in the future!

The trip had its issues such as the first flight leaving out got canceled so that created a panicked situation putting us behind schedule nearly a full day but Allie was very helpful getting things adjusted with different flights and helped ensure our refunds were processed. Super friendly and helpful though! Most of the issues were out of her control so it’s very understandable.

Allie knocks it out of the park every single time. Her attention to detail and thorough planning made sure we didn’t stress about a single detail. Now that I’ve booked trips with Allie, I could never go back to booking travel myself. Ever.

Our experience at the bungalows was nothing short of amazing! Everything was perfectly arranged by our travel agent — from smooth transfers and check-in to the stunning accommodation itself. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the scenery was just breathtaking. We truly appreciated how seamless and stress-free the whole trip was, all thanks to the excellent planning and support from our travel agent. We’ll definitely be booking our next getaway through them!
