Ali was so helpful when booking our vacation to Europe. She provided many options for accommodations, listened to our wants and respected our needs. She found unique hotels that worked perfect for our family. She provided ideas for site seeing.
Along went the extra mile when we were stranded in Barcelona later in our trip due to the Air Canada strike by looking for last minute accommodation for us. She was a steady head to help navigate a very stressful time.
