Alexis is a godsend! She’s so incredibly talented. We did not have to worry or do anything, she took care of everything. We had a wonderful European trip.

Alexis - WOW. That’s all I can start with. Let me tell you that I have NEVER let someone else plan a trip for me because I research for a living and it’s just what I do and I feel I could find the deals and prices myself but Alexis was worth trusting in! A few agents reached out and BY FAR Alexis was way more knowledgeable and responsive and receptive to what I was looking for. It’s like it was asking myself to book my trip. She did EXTENSIVE research on finding the right place, timing, everything within our budget on a VERY LIMITED timeline. Like, we waiting until last second and she delivered! When I tell you I would message her and she’d get back within seconds…I was flabbergasted. I have no idea how she does it but she DOES IT. She spent so much time for me in the lines with bookings trying to get everything in order and I never once lost confidence in her getting things done. UNREAL. She knows her stuff and is very good at what she does and she knows it! You want someone booking your trip and making you feel like they are booking for their own family and that’s what it felt like. I asked a million questions, was probably the most ridiculous client she’s had but never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience or annoying - even though I knew LOL. She set up a special surprise for us when we got to the resort and I almost cried because it was the nicest, unexpected and not necessary gesture but wow it made our coming into the room and our vacation that much more fun and exciting! She checked in multiple times leading up to our vacation making sure we were all set and didn’t need anything else. She checked in to make sure we checked into our flight as well and we made it there safely. She also sent a list of suggestions to pack which is super cute and helpful! Gosh - I could race for days about Alexis, you seriously would be wasting your own time and energy to NOT have her book your trip. Which nowadays we could all use some time back in our lives! I already told Alexis she has to do this forever because I cannot wait for her to take over our next trip as well. We’re pretty much best friends now she just doesn’t know it yet :)

Alexis was fantastic every step of the way! Her communication could not have been better. We had a medical emergency and needed to change the dates of our trip the morning we were supposed to leave. Alexis handled everything and made sure we had a great vacation! Thank you.
