Alana did a wonderful job of picking a hotel in a central location with access to many things to do while also picking a hotel that was very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and a wonderful restaurant attached!

She created an 11-day itinerary that perfectly balanced adventure and relaxation, with stunning accommodations every night. It was the first time I came home from a long trip and didn’t feel exhausted! She thought of every detail and delivered every request I had - from making sure I had a bathtub with a view to arranging an in-room massage and somehow made it all happen. lWhen we ran into unexpected delays and cancellations with flights and ferries, Alana was already one step ahead. Even with the time difference, she handled reroutes, new transfers, and refund requests before we could even worry. She truly goes above and beyond, and our family will never travel without her again—big trip or small.
