When we looked at this property initially, we were unable to find a room. With the help of Mr. Cipolletti, we not only got a great ocean front room, but he was able to provide many additional perks. We will be checking with Mr. Cipolletti first for all of our future travel needs! We highly recommend his service and the company he works with as they obviously have relationships with various hotels around the world.

Alan found us the greatest itinerary in our time frame with our ideal locations! He got us an incredible deal and was so knowledgeable about the itinerary, the ship, excursions, and restaurants. He made sure we booked all reservations quickly and responded immediately with any questions we had! He even helped us book dinner resos and knew the ship inside and out! We will book all of our vacations with Alan! He’s the best! And so attentive and knowledgeable!

Alan was incredibly helpful with planning our entire month long Europe trip, but Dromoland Castle was the highlight of our travels. Alan booked us in a large king size bedroom, but it was really more like a suite. The room had a door that opened to a terrace/patio area that was quiet and peaceful. He was able to get breakfast included in our room which was amazing (and delicious too).

We had just retired and Alan arranged for our room to have a personal note congratulating us along with a dessert and some Dromoland Castle branded chocolate. Such a nice surprise and personal touch.

We highly recommend using Alan for all your travels. He provided suggested itineraries along with hotel recommendations for all our destinations. The resources he is able to provide take so much guess work, planning and research out of travel planning making traveling all that much more enjoyable.

We sent 9 days touring the “Wild Atlantic Way” of Ireland and Alan’s suggestions ensured we didn’t miss any significant sites. The hotels he arranged for us were in perfect locations and met all our needs.
