Our travel agent Abby went above and beyond to make our Norwegian cruise truly special. Her knowledge and attention to detail were evident from the start — she made sure we had everything we needed and followed up with all the right information well before we set sail. Including traffic patterns due to a music festival happening that weekend in Miami. Because of her preparation, we arrived feeling confident and ready to enjoy every moment. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll absolutely be booking through Abby again.
