Fora’s Client Lead Program Sets New Standard of Support for Advisors

NEW YORK — Just a few weeks shy of its second birthday, modern travel agency Fora is spotlighting its Client Lead Program. The goal: showcase how the company empowers travel advisors to succeed, leveling the playing field in an industry where growth and lead-generation are notoriously tricky. 

Fora’s Client Lead Program is already garnering results. The program is on pace to deliver more than $2.5m of bookings this year. 

“One of the hardest things about being a travel advisor (newcomer or pro) is building your book of business,” Fora’s Co-Founder Henley Vazquez said. “We’ve built out the Client Lead Program to put more power in the hands of Fora Advisors, allowing them to accelerate through content creation and qualifying into our lead assignment program. 

Fora’s Client Lead Program empowers its advisors in two unique ways. The first is user-generated content. Advisors can create unlimited content on Fora’s platform, such as profiles, guides and itineraries that demonstrate their expertise. Their content is SEO-edited by Fora and optimized with contact forms for prospective clients to get in touch about booking a trip. To date, advisors have received thousands of leads from their content, and are currently booking over $150k per month as a result of their user-generated content. 

The second is Fora’s lead assignment program, which was launched in May 2023 for advisors with ‘Pro’ status. Eligible advisors can choose to take on leads (new clients and trips) that come in directly to Fora by way of referrals and Fora’s website. Fora Advisors earn the same commission on the trips they book via in-house leads. 

“We’re striving to set a new standard in the industry,” Vazquez said. “Fora thrives when our advisors do, too.”
