Paris 4 Day Itinerary

There are endless things to do in Paris but if it’s your first time you must check out the essentials. Start your day with a visit to the Louvre, which is home to over 350,000 works of art, including the Mona Lisa and Winged Victory of Samothrace. You can easily spend the entire day here, so I would suggest getting a skip-the-line ticket.

At night, you can visit some of Paris' most iconic landmarks, such as the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe. The Champs-Élysées is a famous avenue known for its luxury shops, cafes and theaters. Some personal faves are Brasserie Fouquet’s and Miss Ko as well as cocktails at Four Seasons George V.

Go shopping at Galeries Lafayette, where you’ll find designer clothing and handbags from the hottest brands. As a preferred partner, we can set you up with a personal shopper and a concierge, and you can save time by handling tax-exempt claims onsite. During sunset, you can head to the roof for stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and the city.

For dinner, head to Montecito at the Kimpton St Honore followed by drinks at Bar Hemingway at Ritz Paris or Harry’s New York Bar.

Start the day bright and early and visit Musée d’Orsay for 19th- and 20th-century European art. If you’re a brunch gal (or guy), grab a table at Café Varenne for some truly exceptional French cuisine and wine.

After brunch, you can venture out to La Marais to go vintage shopping or to check out the numerous art galleries they offer. For dinner, head to Carboni’s, a popular Italian restaurant in Le Marais, or the many restaurants the area has to offer. End the night at Little Red Door or the Cambridge Public House, which are both on the World's 50 Best List.

On your fourth and final day, you could spend the day exploring the Palace of Versailles, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located just outside of Paris. Be sure to book tickets in advance. The palace is famous for its grand architecture, beautiful gardens and historical significance.

There’s no vacation to Paris without visiting the Eiffel Tower. If you’re lucky, snag reservations at Le Jules Verne, known for its exceptional cuisine. My favorite time to go was around sunset and at night to see the beautiful Eiffel Tower lights. There are also many restaurants that offer stunning views of the Eiffel Tower, such as Girafe Paris or Monsieur Bleu.
