Curator’s statement

Did you know that Portugal is home to over 250 native wine grape varieties? In the Douro Valley alone, around 13 varieties flourish, including Portugal’s most common local grapes such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Tinta Cão and Tinta Barroca. Every visit feels like coming home, a return to treasured memories and the essence of Portuguese tradition.
