Tracy suggested the island of Lanai to us initially, when we were balking at the idea of yet another trip to Hawaii. She promised us that Lanai would be different from the other islands and she was absolutely correct. She went out of her way to make sure that we enjoyed our trip from the moment we arrived until the day of departure. She also has great ideas for fun activities. We will work with her again!

Tracy was very helpful in advising us; she brought Explora Journeys to our attention. She also took care of our pre and post hotel bookings in Rome and Barcelona, respectively. She arranged ground transportation in each city for us as well. Very smooth trip, no problems at all!
