My Story
A Cali/Seattle transplant, yogi, wellness coach and clinical-turned-design psychologist living in Portugal. I'm passionate about curating solo, retreat or wellness and luxury travels, so we can all live our best lives.
My Travel Style
I spent the last two years embarking on a solo nomadic journey, exploring places that helped me connect more deeply to myself and the world around me. I believe travel is such a privilege and essential to truly embracing the beautiful environments, communities and cultures that make our planet special. I love the idea of following your intuition when planning a journey, striking a balance between structure and spontaneity. My travels are also often centered around yoga and wellness retreats. Stunning landscapes, cozy cafes, delicious restaurants/bars, beautifully-designed hotels and peaceful places to land and restore are my specialty. However, I'm always expanding my knowledge of unique, local experiences that are sure to make your trip memorable.
