Our travel advisor Susie Wellendorf was the catalyst for our decision to travel to Antarctica, and she made every part of the experience, from the initial booking to the airport transfer for our return trip completely effortless for us. We have historically booked our own travel, and Susie continually demonstrated the benefits of her expertise and guidance. She presented the options for accommodations in a concise manner, answered our questions, and worked directly with Seabourn to ensure we received the best available pricing. She kept in touch with Seabourn and when an upgrade became available at a great value, she was quick to react and we are grateful. She was also responsible for obtaining a complimentary upgrade at the hotel when we chose to spend a few nights following the cruise. Susie gently reminded us to provide information to Seabourn as it was needed and kept us on track throughout the process. She was with us every step of the way leading up to the cruise, during the departure and arrival and throughout the cruise and return home. It was always reassuring to receive updated vouchers and confirmation of pick-up times - and she thankfully encouraged us to utilize the Flora app as well. Susie is personally a very experienced traveler, and we value her observations and stewardship - and she is so genuinely excited for her client's adventures that we get even more excited!
