I’m Susan, and I live in Melbourne, Australia! I have lots of experience booking corporate events and retreats, as well as cruises and travel throughout Europe/Asia/Oceania/USA, and of course, locally across Australia. Susan is a superstar travel agent! She was a pleasure to deal with. She is passionate about travelling and it really shows in her thoroughness from getting the best deal for her client to ensuring the experience at the hotel is 1st class. Whether it’s ensuring our kids rooms were close to ours, getting a free room upgrade or ensuring breakfast was included in our already low rate, she was all over the finer detail.
Susan provided us with some very valuable travel tips, gave great recommendations for dining, tours and experiences in each city.
All in all, a wonderful family trip was made more enjoyable with Susan’s travel experience.
