We have used Stefanie before and find her very receptive to your needs. She gives good tips and always answers any questions promptly! As we were traveling with family members, she requested that our rooms be as close together as possible….. and she followed up on that. We were only a few rooms apart, which was very difficult in such a large hotel! Thanks for another great trip
