She helped book us at a hotel that was right by our cruise port and great place for families with breakfast included. She listened to our needs and found us a great deal!!

Stefanie is amazing! She called the hotel the morning of our trip to make sure the rooms in our party were near each other and then followed up with me that day and after our trip! We can’t wait for our next trip we booked with her because we know it will run smoothly thanks to Stefanie’s expertise!

Her communication was excellent the whole time. Any time she suggested something, she linked directly to the website so we could see it ourselves. She also sent screenshots when that was easier and even shared a spreadsheet that let us compare hotels and tours side by side. That alone saved us hours of back and forth and second guessing.

Everything felt organized but not rigid. We knew what was booked, what our options were, and why certain choices made sense for our family. When questions came up, she answered quickly and clearly, and nothing ever felt overlooked.

Bottom line, the trip was smooth, well planned, and very low stress. I didn’t have to research, double check, or worry that something was missing. I’d absolutely trust her to plan another trip for us, and I’d recommend her to anyone who wants a well thought out itinerary!

Stefanie recommended a historic tour of the Citadel, as well as private tour of surrounding areas. Nothing better than a proud guide showing our group the tucked away gems throughout the old city.
