There was an issue where the hotel mistakenly served egg fried rice despite us ordering vegetarian food, and the travel agent immediately stepped in, spoke to the hotel and the chef, and ensured our dietary requirements were clearly understood and respected. This level of care, follow-up, and personal attention made a huge difference. We’re extremely happy and grateful for such outstanding support.
