While I call Scottsdale, Arizona home, a place that feels like paradise for most of the year, I make it a point to escape the summer heat for six to eight weeks. Our destinations have ranged from the sun-kissed beaches of Mexico to the vibrant coast of California. This year, we are eagerly looking forward to a five week adventure in the Greek Islands and 10 days in Scotland, London and Amsterdam.
