Sadie was wonderful to work with!! She did an excellent job with making sure she understood our preferrences and took those into account as she made all the reservations. Sadie was quick to respond when we had questions. If she didn't have the answer, she let us know and was prompt in finding out the information and getting quickly back to us. Her advice and recommendations were helpful and reliable when we had questions and were struggling to make decisions. Will most definately be working with Sadie in the future.

Sadie was able to explain the details of the trip and the details of the various charges. Sadie notified and reminded us of the different booking and payment deadlines.
