Robbie is amazing! Very patient with my 20 million questions and when I gave him my list of wishes, he knew exactly where to send me and what to do. He's super friendly and easy to work with and was willing to work with me to get me where I wanted to go.

Robbie is absolutely amazing to work with! I honestly can’t say enough about his professionalism. He knocked it out of the park and exceeded our expectations by finding us an amazing deal without going a penny over budget. He kept clear and open communication with us the entire process. Any questions I had he responded quickly and anything he didn’t know he sought out the answers to. He impressed so much that we in fact booked our trip to Jamaica for next year with him about a week after we returned from Punta Cana. He was very patient with me during that process as well. I kept changing my mind until we landed on Jamaica. He is truly a travel angel. I couldn’t have pulled these trips off without him.

I haven’t worked with a travel agent in years, but with the complexity of my trip with two friends (multiple destinations, modes of transportation, people arriving from different locations, Etc.) I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of trying to figure it out myself. Additionally it was a very busy time in Munich, so finding hotels so close to the travel time was a challenge. Robbie provided me several options and worked with me to find the right hotel for me and my friends. He made himself available for calls and to text with questions leading up to the trip. He reached out to me when he heard about changes to our flights to notify us of them, something that was really unexpected but appreciated! He arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel in advance, something I wouldn’t have wanted to try to figure out when I landed exhausted after two long flights. Robbie checked in throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well and see if we wanted his help with scheduling additional experiences such as tours when we were there. I will definitely use Robbie again in the future for travel plans big and small, he’s the best!

Robbie was great to work with, setting up assessable travel & having a driver ready for us to take us from airport to hotel & back to airport upon leaving. Awesome experience with Robbie!
