I'm getting to the point that I can't fathom traveling without Natalie handling all my details. The first time that I traveled with her, I was more involved. Needless to say, nowadays, I just ask Natalie for a vacation, give her a destination, and she's learned all my likes/dislikes, food preferences, activity levels, etc., and she plans it all. I wind up with phenomenal experiences because of her care and her passion for this work. The upgrades that you get by working with her as unbelievable! I wish you could all see the views I had from my room! And for everyone that thinks that travel agents are irrelevant in a ChatGPT world, let me tell you—ChatGPT didn't get me free breakfast at a five-star hotel, plus a $100 food and beverage credit, plus a room upgrade and in-room amenities. I just got back from Banff and Lake Louise, and I'm already thinking of calling Natalie and giving her a new destination to plan.
