We had an amazing experience working with our travel advisor, Monica. She was incredibly detail oriented and made our entire UK trip smooth and stress free. From booking our train tickets to organizing day tours, she handled everything flawlessly, which allowed us to simply enjoy the journey without worrying about logistics. She gave us diferent options within a couple of hours and made adjustments on the proposals as our group changed our minds. She was really friendly and patient with us while she gave us tips additional to the booking service. I will definitely contact her again.

This was the first time we booked a trip with Monica’s help and we can truly say that we are satisfied with her service. She helped us with everything ranging from a list with a variety of different hotel options available in our price range, to providing a list of activities and restaurants that we could visit while at Puerto. She facilitated the whole travel process by helping us book the hotel and constantly being of help with whatever we needed. She was super attentive to us from the moment we spoke to her to organize the trip, as well as during our stay in Puerto. Overall, we are super happy with her work and would 100% recommend booking with her. She made sure we had the best trip.
