We just returned from a spectacular 10-day trip to Portugal, and we owe a huge thank-you to Michelle for making it seamless, personalized, and unforgettable. We planned an Italy vacation with Michelle in 2023 that was magical, so we knew we had to secure her help from the very beginning. Michelle is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and full of deep local knowledge. Michelle and team took the time to understand what kind of travelers we are—our pace, preferences, and priorities—and designed an itinerary that balanced culture, food, history and downtime perfectly. Every day felt well-paced and meaningful, without being rushed. Some of the highlights they arranged: • A private walking and food tour in Porto that introduced us to authentic dishes and hidden gem views we’d never have found on our own. • A stay at a gorgeous boutique hotel in Lisbon, complete with charming garden and wonderful amenities. • A two-day stay in the Douro Valley, including a wine tasting at a family-run Quinta De S. Bernardo that was a highlight of our entire trip. Truly a magical property! Michelle provided thoughtful little touches throughout our entire trip. Every hotel, transfer, and experience went smoothly. We especially appreciated how available she was throughout the trip, checking in to make sure we were happy and quickly helping us tweak one day's plans due to unexpected weather. Thanks to Michelle, Portugal felt intimate, welcoming, and deeply rewarding. We’ll absolutely be recommending their services to anyone traveling and we will use her again ourselves.
